The nude tinted moisturizer made my skin go flakey, nothing else has it might be that it's a bit old or something because I got it separate to the kit, about a year or so before, and yeah it itched and burned.

Which is so strange because nothing else from that range had the same effect :/

You know you can DIY a tinted moisturizer with the nude by nature powder and moisturizer or something that feels nice on your skin? Then you dont have the problem!

(If i feel like i need foundation but not badly, i always cut in foundation with moisturizer.)

I woke up on Sunday morning and found a (full) Chanel foundation in my bag, I'm not sure where it came from but it's only one shade too dark for me so I'm going to cut it with my moisturizer. Score.

Yeah turns out I'm a clepto when I'm drunk because I must have stolen it from the ladies room at the bar we were at.

Sally Hansen 'Diamond Strength' Instant Nail Hardener. Dries in seconds and does exactly what it says. My nails were destroyed from hospo (destroyed) but this stuff is fixing them remarkably fast. I wear it by itself for a glossy natural look, or as a base coat whenever I paint my nails. And it really, really works.

That stuff's pretty good Tash. Although I lost my almost full bottle somewhere in the depths of my room before my nails could benefit from it. And I don't want to buy another bottle because I already have one, haha.

I hate that feeling! I am experiencing it right now with my manicure kit! My toenails need trimming and my eyebrows are in desperate need of a shape but I can't find my manicure kit anywhere. I refuse to buy new clippers and tweezers though because that kit cost me $25 and I know it's in my room somewhere!

Oh that Sally Hanson one works? I've been looking for a hardening nail-polish for ages because none work for me.
I will have to give that one a go!

Why is it your essentials always run out at the same time? My perfume and fave lippie are dead empty, I need my roots done, hair cut, a brow shape and wax. I at least want these done before we go to Melbourne, but I don't know when I ca-a-an.

Even just forking out for a new perfume would be pricey, but everything else as well? Curse my enjoyment of female nonsensities.

Get the perfume duty free in Australia and then maybe also another lippy?

Yeah, I'm planning to get the perfume in duty free, I'm just disgruntled I have to wait that long. I know it sounds silly, but I'd gotten really used to that being my scent. I feel naked now without my Jimmy Choo. (WHAT A VAIN BITCH OMG.)

Get some body mist in the meantime maybe? Idk. I totally get it though, a month is also a long time to wait to restock. Maybe you could get a little bottle before and stock up with more in Aus?

I used the Diamond Strength stuff every day for about three weeks and it worked really well at first and then it just went to shit.
So I dunno there.
I have another Sally Hanson product and it's pretty good but I'm not going to commit to anything right now.

Youngblood foundation. My god, I forgot how good this stuff is. I've just restocked the mineral powder foundation after persevering with MAC Studio Fix for three months, and it's divine. I wear it over the Youngblood rice setting powder and my skin actually looks flawless. And I don't even feel like I'm wearing makeup. And it's so easy to apply.

*dances*

I also bought my first ever Youngblood lippie, 'Vixen' which is a red shade (as seen on Facebook this evening). It's really, really nice. Easy to apply, didn't smudge or bleed at all, has a lovely finish (not shiny or glossy, but also not too matte) and only needed reapplying once, after two meals and three glasses of wine. I'm impressed. And naturally I now want many, many more Youngblood lipsticks.

The best stuff is this is all mineral stuff free of parabens, fragrance, talc and other nasties. Shebang!

Can't live without my lush products.
I fucking love lush.
I use all lush stuff now and it's so divine, my skin is happy, I am happy.
Everyone wins.

I can't even go into the store because it makes me all asthma-y, so I am already unfairly biased against all of their stuff Razz

I can't go into the store because I spend all my money. Although I don't really like their makeup so much, but their skincare stuff is amazing. Oh, and the lip scrub is so good! Tash, start with lip scrub.

The one and only product I have repurchased 5,000 times and will continue to repurchase until I die (or stop wearing cat-eye eyeliner) is Rimmel Exaggerate Eyeliner. If you like felt tip eyeliners, this is it. Super high black pigment, long wearing (I can often wear it overnight and still wake up with it in tact), doesn't ever flake off. Perfect.

I think that's the one I use, but I'm too lazy to run down the hallway to check. I do use a Rimmel one though and it's very good.

I use the LOreal one, I'd definitely rebuy it but so far I haven't had to.
