Fakes

So, i really want a Chanel Handbag for my Birthday this year. I would like a real one obviously. My dad is giving me a holiday. I dont know whether to ask for the handbag instead OR ask for a fakie from a group of friends. The fakes are usually still around $150-$300
Does anyone own and good fakes, and if so where did you get it?
Also, could you live with a fake, or would you rather the real deal?
My boy thinks i am mental for wanting a real Chanel, but i doooooooo, BADLY!

I'm totally naive about this, but could you maybe take the holiday to someplace exotic that sells cheap Chanel? I've seen friends come back from places like Malaysia with rip-offs that look really genuine.

yeah there were some pretty gorgeous looking fakes in Malaysia. I bought an "anna sui" wallet. I don't even know if Anna Sui makes wallets. HAHA

Make sure you haggle, ticket price isn't what they're expecting to sell for.

Just make sure that spelling and logos are the same. Most fake Louis Vuitton bags have "LX" instead of "LV" as the logos.

I have heaps of fake brand shit cause I've been back to Asia twice in the past 2 years. Best place for quality fakes China and Thailand they make the best and also have the widest variety of them. They're dirt cheap I've never heard of a fake costing $150 plus. They're good quality but it's like with anything you own if you take good care of it it'll last long if you chuck it around it won't last as long.

Haha. Oh man, do I have a story for you guys.

The year: 2004.
Location: Ventimelia, Italy.

We basically had the day to shop around the markets and look at things. I had it in my head that I wanted a fake Louis Vuitton. So I saw this talk black guy (typical street seller in Europe) with a shitload of fake bags. So my friend Sophie and I went up to him.

Me: "Hi, how much for that one?"
Guy: "50 euro"
Soph: "50 EURO!!!"
Guy: "50 euro"
Me: "I'll give you 30 for it."
Guy: "............walk with me......."
*guy walks off*
*soph follows him*
Me: "Sophie what the fuck are you doing?!"
Soph: "He said follow him..."
Me: "So you're just going to FOLLOW A RANDOM BLACK MAN OUT OF A MARKET?!"

Then we realised that the reason he quickly darted away was because the police were right behind us and he could have been arrested had he been caught selling the bags.

*Soph and Steph catch on*
Me: "Look, see the police? If you dont give me that bag for 25 euro, I'm going to get my friend here to go and tell them where you are and what you're doing."
Soph: *nods*
Guy: "Fine. Have it. 25 euro"

*Soph and Steph walk off very pleased with themselves.


Moral of the story is, it pays to have police around and dont walk away with random black guys.
