Meanwhile Brady came up with a tattoo idea last night for me, all by himself (shock horror) that he reeeally likes, and reeeally wants to design for me. I've been talking for years about getting sheet music on my inner left bicep (where Kelsey has her girl + kite), and recently started talking about getting an elephant on my inner ankle, maybe blowing love hearts out of its trunk. Last night Brad piped up suddenly, "Why don't you get the elephant blowing music notes out of its trunk?" (He's dead set on tattoos all relating to one another.) I nodded and said, "Actually, that would be really cool." Then his eyes sort of lit up and he said, "How about the elephant blowing your sheet music out of its trunk?" More nodding. He's asked me to print off a few pictures and is going to get sketching. I still quite like the idea of having the two as separate tattoos, but if he can make it awesome enough, I'm also really excited about Brady's idea!

You could get the elephant tattoo blowing sheet music and another one of just the sheet music? But that is a really really good idea, I love it.

And you guys have given me an idea for my own tattoo, combining the two things I want most into one. Thank you

I, um, think. I'm not a tattoo artist and I'm okay at line art, so it could be like a preliminary idea to show the artist.

Oo sweet. It's just a pretty basic idea anyway: a bird flying away from a cage.

Even just yeah a preliminary idea would be great, cause then the artist can do whatever they want, detail-wise.
