Okay so, at the grand old age of 26, I seem to have finally developed an affection for makeup. All of a sudden I love it. I want all the things. But my bank balance won't allow me to immediately have all the things.

My wishlist as it stands at present:

Very top of the list is
* Anastasia Beverly Hills - Dipbow Pomade. SO BAD. I've recently discovered the art of filling in my already dark eyebrows, and while it's all good with what I use now, everyone raves about this stuff. RAVES. I already get people complimenting how perfect my brows look daily, so I want to make them uber perfect.

Is that La-Roche-Posay similar to Avene. I've been using a combination of Dermalogica Ultraclaming and Avene and my skin is way better now. Still dry and flaky but nowhere near as bad a few months ago, and really it only gets flaky because I do exercise that has heavy sweating which makes me itchy so I scratch and thus my own fault.

Generally what I'd say is if you find something you like and that works for you, there's no need to change it. Why risk making your skin worse? That being said, I've always felt like LRP have better products because they're less hype and more just good products that have results. I tried Avene for a while but it just was too expensive to give me the results I wanted.

I love LRP with all of my soul omg

Today someone I know who's doing a make-up course did my make-up for her log book and she used the Naked 2 palette - now I really want it, it's so nice! I don't want to have a shower and wash off my make-up

Thanks Claire, I'll check it out - I was going to ask Mum to buy it when she's overseas, but I'd prefer not to have to wait! 

Also, that Benefit gel liner looks interesting. I heard that the counter at the Perth Myer store is going to have a small amount of them to sell this Saturday!

So turns out they're still $80 on beautybay so I would probably just wait if you can get it cheaper. Or wait until Sephora comes to Australia because they should be selling them cheaper there. Hopefully they have an online shop.

That's what I wasn't sure about, if it would be cheaper in Dubai/Singapore/Europe?

Maybe $10 less, if that? I haven't been to Singapore, but Malaysia didn't have much of a difference compared to what we pay, same with Dubai and Europe.

Sephora are supposed to be selling things at US prices when they open here, but I'd imagine the Naked palettes would be around $60 - cause of taxes, which is still lots cheaper than Beauty Bay. But that's not till December, and who knows if they'll open other stores soon after that and where, and if they'll have an online store.

Yeah Naked 2 wasn't much cheaper than that in England so I'd just get it from Beautybay.

Also I always order Benefit stuff online, if you sign up to their mailing list they regularly do free shipping to Australia so we just all bulk order our stuff then.

Hmm yeah I think I'll just order it online. This is going to be expensive, I also want to but all the Nars lip pencil gloss things, I wore mine today and decided I need more!

I want my Naked 2 palette to get here already! Based on the shipping times on the website, it should arrive tomorrow or Tuesday. So excited for it, I want to use it when I go out next weekend!

Took a lot of self-restraint, helped by Mum whinging she wanted to go and that I don't need anymore lipstick and the fact they were out of Natio bronzer, but today I bought the MOR lip tint in Red/Orange which feels lovely and has a subtle colour, Revlon Colourburst matte balm in Standout (I ended up preferring it to Striking), and Lush The Olive Branch shower gel because my skin needs some serious hydration.

Lush also gave me a copy of their catalogue and now I want everything.
