Wardobe Dilemmas

Yeah, or Kmart? It might be a good idea to buy a good pair of black runners instead of wearing flats? Unless you get some as part of your uniform. Shoes are something I'd think would be important to splash out on if you're on your feet all shift. I also would have thought flats would be a health issue?
(I'm just going on my week of nursing work experience I did in year 12, so you would know more than me about it!)

The shoes I wear for work are Airflex (from Betts or Williams) Mary Jane-style shoes (but kind of ugly haha). They're quite expensive, I think I paid $120 for the last pair, but you can often find them on sale at one of these stores. Anyway my point is that they're very good for being on your feet all day and very good quality and once when I bought them a sales assistant said that they're really popular with nurses, so that might be a good, reliable brand to look at for the long term

Im saving up for a pair of chemist shoes for work.

Oh yeah, I'll definitely buy good shoes for work, but the first three days are orientation so I'm not sure if we'll even be on the ward. I don't want to buy yet though because I'm not sure if they'll want us to just wear runners or if they'll have some other criteria, like if they have to be black or something.

I bought a top at Dotti for $40. I did look in Target first but there wasn't much to choose from. It's sleeveless which isn't great but it will go well with the slacks so I think it shall do.

Christmas party, Saturday night, lowenbrau. If anyone's been to sydney, it's in the rocks and I think we may be heading out after it (depends on if my friend can get away with using my ID). I guess it's not dressy, but I don't think I'll be wearing heels because this week my ankles been playing up like a bitch which will automatically dress it down?

Navy blue, pretty lace in the top part which sits over the top part of the skirt bit, which is soft tulley stuff. Maybe I should find the link to it on the Internet because this photo you can't tell how pretty it is.


Also: my dilemma - I'm running from work tomorrow home, shower, wash hair, going to the station... So I need to work it out relatively soon lol.

It's hard to tell with those photos but I'd say the second one. Looks like a nice shape and dressy enough without heels. Also, heels at the rocks is hard work.
